- Must be Fluent in English speaking with strong public speaking skills, confident in both client and team interactions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital influencer marketing experience either in a project management or delivery lead role within a marketing or influencer agency.
- Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, and Slack is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and familiarity with TikTok and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, switch between them quickly, and maintain thorough attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent people and team management skills, with a focus on customer service and internal communications.
- Provide support to Campaign Managers (CMs), assisting with reviewing assets, creator lists, drafting complex emails, or joining creator calls as needed.
- Check the Report board weekly, coordinate with CMs and ensure that reports are completed in a timely manner. Communicate with CMs on Slack, agree on timelines, and ensure that Campaign Directors (CDs) are tagged for review.
- Regularly review Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and boards to ensure all columns are correctly filled, with a focus on maintaining budget accuracy, especially for talent costs.
- Participate in the weekly Delivery call on Mondays to decide on learning sessions for the week. Ensure that two sessions occur monthly—one global and one fun session.
- Monitor the Agreements board daily and proactively message relevant CMs on Slack to address any issues directly on the HubSpot Creator thread.
- Ensure the timely upload of campaign assets to TikTok Creators Exchange Program (TTCX).
- Support the onboarding and training of new CMs, ensuring they understand and can effectively navigate the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) board.
- Act as a point of escalation during client calls, providing clarity on issues and presenting well-considered solutions after discussing with the CM beforehand.
- Update Pod metrics into the Delivery Weekly Call Agenda.
- Identify and support the implementation of new processes to streamline and enhance campaign delivery.
- Manage and act as a campaign manager during high load work periods, covering colleagues while on leave, and managing campaigns for high-tier clients.
