Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of successful national sales leadership and account management experience in Pharmaceutical organizations.
• Experience in commercial operations or marketing.
• Experience selling sales performance solutions, including consulting and sales enablement services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Superior client management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and foster relationships with clients to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
• Develop strategic account plans for assigned accounts.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.
• Work collaboratively with PDG teams to ensure client satisfaction.
