Requirements:

• 3-5 years of web design experience in an agency, design firm, or in-house creative department.
• Formal training and/or college degree in web design or programming.
• Proven work experience as a web designer with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in creating site outlines, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.
• Proficiency in website publishing platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, and Squarespace.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of web security practices and compliance.
• Up to date with latest web trends and technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Experience taking websites live and connecting domain and hosting platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, with solid communication skills and excellent project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team and business partners to develop creative solutions.
• Concept and design clean, user-friendly web interfaces.
• Work with design & content teams to complete projects according to brand guidelines.
• Serve as a technical lead for SEO and SEM initiatives.
• Oversee the work of freelancers or third-party contractors.
• Support integration of websites with marketing and CRM platforms.
