Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience practicing law, ideally in a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel specializing in financial services and cryptocurrency.
  • Experience in a high-performance, dynamic environment, managing complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant US regulations for trading firms, including money transmission laws and SEC/FINRA rules.

  • Lead specific projects related to regulatory topics.
  • Negotiate and implement regulatory changes to documentation.
  • Advise and operationalize legal advice linked to business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on non-US regulatory matters.
  • Engage in varied legal projects based on skills and company needs.
