Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance.
• At least 3 years of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete).
• Expertise in programming languages relevant to test automation (such as Python).
• Deep knowledge of databases and SQL for backend testing.
• Proficient in defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
• Experience using Linux, Jenkins, VMWare, REST API.
• Exceptional collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technical leads to develop test strategies and plans.
• Lead design and oversight of test execution on critical activities.
• Enhance automation frameworks and optimize testing processes.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration with development and product management teams.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge with the QA team.
• Stay informed on new testing technologies and suggest ways to leverage them.
