Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering would be a plus.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• In-depth knowledge of software development practices and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Rails).
• Comfortable discussing software technologies used in Donorbox's solutions.
• Understanding of SaaS platforms and nonprofit technology solutions.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues swiftly.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience.
• Provide technical expertise in the pre-sales process.
• Demonstrate how Donorbox products can meet customers' needs.
• Conduct implementation calls with Enterprise-level customers.
• Create and maintain documentation and FAQs.
• Develop and nurture strong customer relationships during evaluation.
• Foster customer advocacy and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Development teams.
• Answer technical questions related to RFI/RFPs.
