Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years experience building customer-facing data search and analytics SaaS.
• 2+ years leading projects, teams or initiatives.
• Track record of architecting and designing robust cloud-based applications.
• Experienced with .NET and JavaScript.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Strong team player that can collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Outstanding track record of delivering value to clients.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers that work to build and maintain our customer-facing services and platforms.
• Write high-quality code in .NET and Angular that is easy to maintain and test.
• Participate in an agile environment using Scrum development practices, automated unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Articulate clear software engineering strategies and goals across multiple projects and teams.
• Contribute to a culture of building scalable and highly available systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase team productivity.
• Stay current with the latest development best practices and share findings with the team.
• Quarterly travel to meet with the engineering team.
