Responsibilities:
  • The Assistant Directors at The Nectar Group play a vital role in consultative sales, client relationship management, marketing, team leadership, and department management
  • They are responsible for sales calls, parent conferences, marketing events, client support, coaching, presentations, team inspiration, and guiding the company mission
  • Additionally, they rotate through four tracks, overseeing assessments, program management, client experience, and human resources/accounting departments.

  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with clients, direct reports, and security employees.
  • Participate in new business development; prepare staffing projections, and conduct on-site assessments.
  • Design management and execution of training exercises and assessments.
  • Lead security compliance projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assist in the development and revision of security policies and procedures for compliance.
  • Stay informed of emerging trends in school security and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance assessments, training sessions, and project outcomes.
  • Prepare reports on compliance status and training effectiveness.
  • Manage the day-to-day security operations of an assigned Client Site.
  • Supervise a team of Security Professionals, training, coaching, and development.
  • Handle escalated security issues or emergency situations.
