Requirements

  • 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in server-side languages: Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python.
  • Proficiency in client-side development: JavaScript, React, Redux.
  • Experience with network connectivity troubleshooting: TCP/UDP, SSL/TLS.
  • Experience with Twilio helper libraries.
  • Advanced time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing dedicated customer accounts.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Telecoms, VOIP, WebRTC, and SIP.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the designated technical support engineering contact for strategic customers.
  • Resolve complex technical problems with potential business-impacting consequences.
  • Deliver proactive guidance to optimize customer environments.
  • Report reproducible bugs to Engineering teams via JIRA.
  • Collaborate across departments via Slack.
  • Analyze customer trends and patterns to drive support process improvements.
  • Communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage dedicated customer accounts effectively.
