Requirements
- 8+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance.
- Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
- Experience closing complex deals and selling into large organizations.
- Ability to build relationships and sell face-to-face to C-level executives.
- Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
- Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software.
- Experience with target account selling and solution selling.
- Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies is a plus.
- Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Source and close net new logos within the North Central region.
- Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Perform deep account research and value-driven sales cycles.
- Collaborate with internal partners including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers.
- Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings.
- Create data-driven ROI and business justification reports.
- Run technical POCs based on business success criteria.
