Requirements

  • 8+ years of closing experience in Sales with a track record of top performance.
  • Ability to learn, pitch, and demonstrate a highly technical product.
  • Experience closing complex deals and selling into large organizations.
  • Ability to build relationships and sell face-to-face to C-level executives.
  • Strong technical understanding of integrations, APIs, infrastructure management, security, and analytics.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software.
  • Experience with target account selling and solution selling.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC or Challenger methodologies is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of search infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Source and close net new logos within the North Central region.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors and champions.
  • Perform deep account research and value-driven sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners including SEs, BDRs, PMs, and Engineers.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate pipeline and predictable bookings.
  • Create data-driven ROI and business justification reports.
  • Run technical POCs based on business success criteria.
