Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience (backend, full-stack, or systems)
- Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, and React
- Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS)
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to make well-reasoned design and development trade-offs
- Experience collaborating with Product Management and cross-functional teams
- Strong sense of code ownership and technical stewardship
- Demonstrated leadership through mentorship, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
Responsibilities
- Contribute to both the technical and product roadmap, providing input and effort estimates during initiative discovery and execution.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business needs into elegant, effective technical solutions.
- Anticipate and resolve challenges before they become blockers.
- Mentor and support teammates, sharing knowledge through pair programming, code reviews, and technical discussions.
