Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
- Ability to work 25-30 hours per week during 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST/CST/MST/PST.
- Experience in a multi-client environment (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
- Commitment to data confidentiality.
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology.
- Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Support client onboarding processes.
- Execute accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping entries and close the books.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
- Manage client relationships within budget parameters.
- Identify opportunities for additional client services or efficiency tools.
- Participate in team and one-on-one video meetings.
- Learn and implement new technologies for client solutions.
