Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of medical sales experience.
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex diagnostics solutions to health systems or institutions.
  • Proven experience with institutional sales, closing, and implementing contracts.
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for both telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning.
  • Ability to sell technically complex products.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company to stakeholders including C-suite, executives, and medical leadership.
  • Articulate the value of Freenome's tests and digital health tools to health systems.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to educate and recruit health systems.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions.
  • Collaborate on EMR and UX tool implementation to drive test growth.
  • Capture customer interaction data using CRM tools.
  • Provide product and marketing feedback from customers.
  • Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining contracts.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market opportunities.
