Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of medical sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling complex diagnostics solutions to health systems or institutions
  • Proven record of success closing and implementing contracts with health systems
  • Understanding of the healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning
  • Ability to sell technically complex products
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Become a subject matter expert in Freenome’s technology and service offerings
  • Effectively represent the company to key stakeholders including C-suite and KOL physicians
  • Articulate the value of diagnostic tests and digital health tools
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to educate and recruit Health Systems
  • Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools
  • Capture customer interactions using CRM tools
  • Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams
  • Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining contracts
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity
