Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field
- 10+ years of medical sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling complex diagnostics solutions to health systems or institutions
- Proven record of success closing and implementing contracts with health systems
- Understanding of the healthcare system, reimbursement pathways, and screening protocols
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven account planning
- Ability to sell technically complex products
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert in Freenome’s technology and service offerings
- Effectively represent the company to key stakeholders including C-suite and KOL physicians
- Articulate the value of diagnostic tests and digital health tools
- Partner with Medical Affairs to educate and recruit Health Systems
- Negotiate and close contracts with health systems and institutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement EMR and UX tools
- Capture customer interactions using CRM tools
- Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams
- Structure detailed strategic plans for gaining and retaining contracts
- Identify market opportunities and monitor competitive activity
