Requirements
- Minimum 8 years experience in software engineering.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expertise in managing and improving CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
- Experience managing the engineering and delivery of internal tools for distributed customers.
- Experience building and leading teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Golang and its ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in testing methodologies (functional, performance, chaos).
- Experience partnering closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Servant-leadership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop up to ten software and SRE engineers.
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee the development of advanced testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership, product management, and security teams.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Maintain team health and productivity through effective project management.
- Recruit and hire top engineering talent.
