Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand gen, or revenue ops at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience building processes and systems from the ground up.
  • Deep HubSpot experience with Marketing Hub and Operations Hub.
  • Deep no-code or low-code automation experience.
  • Hands-on lead lifecycle management and marketing to BDR handoff experience.
  • Experience with attribution modeling, UTM governance, and campaign reporting.
  • Fluency in email operations including testing, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Experience with data hygiene, list segmentation, and deduplication.
  • Experience defining and reporting on sales/marketing SLAs.
  • Documentation-heavy mindset and disciplined change management.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lead lifecycle in HubSpot including stage definitions, transition logic, and BDR handoff.
  • Ensure attribution and tracking reliability via UTM parameters and campaign data.
  • Execute marketing automation tasks such as scheduling, list management, and workflow creation.
  • Operationalize email programs including testing, QA, and nurture pathway construction.
  • Manage email deliverability, compliance, and opt-in/opt-out lists.
  • Own data hygiene and deduplication across the database.
  • Build and report on sales and marketing SLAs.
  • Administer marketing tools and recommend platform improvements.
