Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to balance technical delivery with mentoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong skills in Python (pandas, numpy, scikitlearn, pyspark).
- Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, Azure, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
- Experience with MLOps tools like Databricks, mlflow, AWS Sagemaker, or Vertex AI.
- Proficiency with Git version control.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Develop and refine complex data features from large-scale datasets.
- Champion data quality and integrity.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot deployed model performance.
- Provide technical leadership in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Document and present methodologies and findings.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of scientific rigor.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and analysts.
