Requirements
- Solid experience as a Data Analyst in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep GTM domain knowledge (funnel, conversion, attribution).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Strong dbt skills.
- Proven ability to translate analysis into recommendations and implementation.
- Practical experience applying AI or LLMs in a professional context.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and partner closely with stakeholders.
- Familiarity or willingness to grow in agent frameworks or multi-agent orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytical projects with high business relevance.
- Turn data into strategic recommendations for Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and CX.
- Design and orchestrate analyses around funnel performance and growth levers.
- Build and own a trustworthy, scalable data foundation in SQL and dbt.
- Support development of an AI-ready semantic layer.
- Build proactive AI-powered solutions to bring insights into team workflows.
- Upskill colleagues on working with AI and partner on agentic workflows.
