Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building fullstack web applications.
- Strong expertise with React, React Router, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid backend experience with Python (FastAPI/Flask), REST API design, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and AWS.
- Understanding of web security and authentication (OAuth 2.0/OIDC).
- Effective collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering.
- Healthcare/HIPAA experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Elastic Search is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of user-facing features and backend services.
- Build accessible, performant UIs with TypeScript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement robust REST APIs in Python (FastAPI/Flask); design schemas and write efficient SQL.
- Define clear API contracts and patterns to ensure consistency across services.
- Own quality through automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright) and code reviews.
- Improve build and release pipelines using Vite/Webpack and GitHub Actions.
- Support deployments on AWS and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to planning, estimation, and technical decisions.
