Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–5 years of post-collegiate experience in operations, project management, technical customer support, or data analytics.
- High degree of technical proficiency.
- Hands-on work experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt iteration.
- Working knowledge of Tableau or comparable BI/data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
- Strong data acumen with experience using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with district and school clients to provide onboarding, implementation support, and ongoing technical assistance.
- Serve as a tech support partner to internal teams.
- Develop and manage project workplans for activity creation and QA/QC in JIRA.
- Create and maintain internal and external knowledge base articles.
- Conduct systematic QA/QC of learning activities to ensure pedagogical accuracy.
- Perform active prompt experiments and iterations using tools like Claude Code.
- Build and maintain dashboards surfacing CX and product-quality metrics.
- Synthesize qualitative support data and user feedback using AI tools.
- Design and execute analyses to answer structured questions from leadership.
