  • Proven success in selling complex solutions and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong track record of relationship building, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals
  • Ability to quickly understand technical aspects of products and translate them into customer value
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the healthcare/hospital market.
  • Develop strategic account plans and engage with multiple decision makers in each hospital or system to win business
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through all means at your disposal, including networking, events, referrals, or cold calling.
  • Expand Relay’s presence into new health systems and grow new bookings within existing hospital networks.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer requirements and showcase Relay’s value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records.
