Requirements
- 5+ years of remote multi-client cloud accounting experience.
- Experience in process implementation, improvement, onboarding, and clean-up.
- 4+ years experience in QBO, BILL, and Gusto.
- Strong knowledge of full accrual accounting.
- Experience maintaining detailed, audit-ready schedules for non-bank balance sheet accounts.
- Higher-education degree in accounting or finance.
- Excellent communication skills across digital channels.
- Ability to work five days a week within standard professional hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-charge bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to support team members.
- Review work and coach/mentor junior staff.
- Serve as primary client contact.
- Review books of potential clients for errors and process needs.
- Assist sales team with accurate pricing of new engagements.
- Create and execute onboarding and clean-up plans for new clients.
