- Ability to work rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support clinic function, identifying operational constraints.
- Track operational metrics, workflows, and service levels.
- Manage and maintain clinical schedules across clinician types.
- Partner with leadership to ensure clinician coverage aligns with volume.
- Triage and respond to real-time staffing issues.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate on improvements.
- Monitor and report KPIs related to staffing, wait times, and SLAs.
- Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
