Requirements
- 15+ years of experience shipping software products or services.
- Background in Product Management, Program Management, Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps, or Professional Services.
- Strong technical acumen.
- Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-person capacities.
- Strong knowledge of development, build, test, or deployment tools.
- Action-oriented personality with ability to be self-directed.
- Willingness to learn new areas outside of comfort zone.
- Passion for developing high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify improvements in technology, organizations, processes, and tools for software companies.
- Conduct technical due diligence to assess technology strengths, risks, and opportunities for investment firms.
- Design and implement solutions like Agile transformations.
- Guide and mentor junior software developers and engineers.
- Partner with internal and client technical leads.
- Manage and drive projects to completion, including hands-on implementation.
- Create technical due diligence reports for investors.
- Assess software engineering organization capabilities and create improvement plans.
