Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection.
- Experience conducting technical interviews (e.g., data structures, algorithms) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate technical interviews through Karat's platform.
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience.
- Evaluate candidate fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
- Provide input on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, and technical approach.
- Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
