Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Product Design or related fields.
- Track record of designing and shipping high-impact end-user facing features on mature platforms.
- System-level thinking and end-to-end ownership.
- Capability in orchestrating design workstreams across multiple product areas.
- Ability to mentor and grow associate designers.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Lead Product Designer for Bubble’s core platform visual editor.
- Champion simplicity, clarity, and ease of use in builder tools.
- Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features.
- Extend Bubble’s AI capabilities into the visual editor.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by partnering with PMs, engineers, and designers.
- Lead user research and usability testing to uncover friction and opportunities.
