Requirements
- Multi-year experience in a senior operational leadership role.
- Experience within a decentralized/multi-site environment.
- Proven track record in managing operational KPIs and budgets.
- Background in Operations, Fleet management, or asset-heavy business models.
- High level of numerical and analytical competence.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Strong hands-on mentality and implementation skills.
- Effective communication skills for a matrix organization environment.
- Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and to headquarters (Munich/Frankfurt).
Responsibilities
- Direct the operational business of the German market.
- Ensure stability and scalability of stations, fleet, and repair & maintenance processes.
- Maintain operative KPIs including vehicle availability, repair costs, and service quality (NPS/SQS).
- Manage operational budgets and financial performance in coordination with Finance/Controlling.
- Lead and develop the operational management structure (e.g., Regional Managers).
- Optimize operational processes along the customer journey.
- Standardize operations across all German locations.
