Requirements
- 7-10 years of sales experience within a professional services or consulting organization
- 5+ years of experience within Life Sciences sector
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences regulatory environment including GxP and HIPAA
- Familiarity with modern technology trends including AI/GenAI in Life Sciences
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage stakeholders from practitioners to the C-suite
Responsibilities
- Own and exceed a new business quota for the Life Sciences segment
- Prospect for qualified leads and manage end-to-end sales process
- Develop and lead sales strategy on specific opportunities
- Conduct needs-based discovery assessments
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into proposals
- Review target accounts for buying signals and develop strategic partnerships
- Represent CI&T at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
