Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience within a professional services or consulting organization
  • 5+ years of experience within Life Sciences sector
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding quota
  • Deep understanding of Life Sciences regulatory environment including GxP and HIPAA
  • Familiarity with modern technology trends including AI/GenAI in Life Sciences
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage stakeholders from practitioners to the C-suite

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed a new business quota for the Life Sciences segment
  • Prospect for qualified leads and manage end-to-end sales process
  • Develop and lead sales strategy on specific opportunities
  • Conduct needs-based discovery assessments
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to translate client needs into proposals
  • Review target accounts for buying signals and develop strategic partnerships
  • Represent CI&T at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
