Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of equivalent experience in financial management
- Demonstrated experience in DoD budget execution and financial management
- Experience in cost estimation, financial forecasting, and program financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with defense financial management systems
- Experience supporting congressional budget justification processes
- Proven ability to perform funding reconciliation and expenditure tracking
- Experience aligning program funding with DoD financial planning processes
Responsibilities
- Support program financial operations including budget planning, execution, and reporting
- Ensure effective allocation and tracking of funding
- Perform financial analysis in compliance with federal budgeting frameworks
- Coordinate with program leadership, financial management teams, and external stakeholders
- Ensure fiscal accountability and mission alignment
