Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role within a software environment.
- Experience with large-scale, data-intensive applications and regulated data systems.
- Experience with healthcare transactions (HL7, FHIR, APIs), integration engines, and user interfaces.
- Proven experience in Agile (Scrum) and Scaled Agile environments.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements (vision, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog.
- Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Public Health stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of solution needs.
- Conduct continuous user and client discovery and validation.
- Own and communicate product vision and roadmap.
- Lead quarterly product planning, defining goals and priorities.
- Translate client, business, and regulatory needs into actionable product direction.
- Maintain a backlog of at least two sprints of fully refined work items.
- Evaluate proposed capabilities within the broader platform ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Create and maintain supporting artifacts like workflows and user journeys.
- Demo new capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.
