Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)
- Transferable book of business desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and commercial agreements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence partners at all levels
- Working knowledge of trading platforms (preferably MT4/MT5)
- Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong decision-making capabilities
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven
- Native Mandarin speaker with strong command of English
Responsibilities
- Develop company's business by establishing strong Strategic Partner relations and Partnerships in the region to drive profitable growth.
- Recruit and introduce new partners to the firm on ongoing basis.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and emerging business opportunities
- Manage and maintain an active partnership pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate forecasts to leadership
- Approach, source and communicate with local partners to foster long-term relationships.
- Hold business trips to meet partners and present company’s products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources.
- Achieve KPIs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
