Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
  • Proven experience running campaigns in both India and US markets.
  • Strong expertise in conversion tracking tools including GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, and CAPI.
  • Ability to write high-performing ad copy tailored to regional audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CPL analysis, budget optimization, and performance scaling.
  • Understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Performance-driven mindset with strong ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, PMax, Demand Gen) and Meta Ads (FB, Instagram).
  • Develop and maintain separate strategies for India and US markets.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation by refining audiences, keywords, and conversion pathways.
  • Own end-to-end conversion tracking (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, CAPI).
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality.
  • Produce performance reports on spend efficiency, CPL, and conversion trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally with SEO, content, and web teams.
