Requirements
- Experience with automated infrastructure and configuration technologies such as Ansible or Terraform
- Experience in balancing multiple projects at once
- Experience communicating with clients and delivering presentations
- Experience independently managing internal projects
- Ability to lead projects for infrastructure development, automated deployments, and technology maintenance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Foundational knowledge of cyber security concepts
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 10-25% annually
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability and functionality of training labs across all course offerings
- Partner with Course Architects to design hands-on labs
- Develop proof of concept labs using Ansible playbooks
- Manage CTF product development from design to delivery
- Deploy labs into OpenStack and AWS cloud environments
- Create and maintain lab documentation and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical support during training sessions
- Perform quality assurance and lab testing
