- Background in hospitality/restaurant industry, B2B SaaS, or payment solutions preferred.
- Action-oriented and client-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Organized and process-oriented.
- Confidence and competitive personality.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite.
- Experience with CRM and data analytics tools.
- Ability to navigate contract negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Drive awareness, market presence and adoption of new products for assigned existing clients.
- Build relationships with and manage contract renewals.
- Identify potential opportunities for improvement and expansion in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Own the upsell sales process and conduct product demonstrations.
- Develop and cultivate relationships through targeted outreach.
- Draft benchmark analyses highlighting opportunities for clients.
- Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Manage contractual processes and executive-level negotiations.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful program launch.
- Meet revenue and product adoption goals.
