  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role.
  • Background in hospitality/restaurant industry, B2B SaaS, or payment solutions preferred.
  • Action-oriented and client-focused.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Organized and process-oriented.
  • Confidence and competitive personality.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with CRM and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to navigate contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness, market presence and adoption of new products for assigned existing clients.
  • Build relationships with and manage contract renewals.
  • Identify potential opportunities for improvement and expansion in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Own the upsell sales process and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships through targeted outreach.
  • Draft benchmark analyses highlighting opportunities for clients.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up materials.
  • Manage contractual processes and executive-level negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful program launch.
  • Meet revenue and product adoption goals.
