Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
- Deep understanding of financial data and reporting (ledger systems, reconciliation, invoicing)
- Experience building internal and customer-facing data products (APIs, dashboards)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Data-driven decision making
- Technical fluency (API design, data models, event-driven architectures)
- Familiarity with BI/data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, QuickSight)
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Reporting & Customer Reconciliation
- Drive transaction report fee breakdowns
- Build customer-facing reconciliation product
- Improve internal financial reporting
- Collaborate across domains
- Define reporting for multi-entity and regulatory requirements
- Own stakeholder relationships
- Measure and iterate using KPIs
- Ship with quality (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
