Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing experience with demonstrated expertise in test automation
- 3+ years of testing on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with test automation frameworks, particularly Playwright
- Proficiency in programming languages for test automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (GitHub Actions, Cumulus CI, MetaDeploy)
- Performance testing experience
- Experience testing mobile applications using emulators, simulators, or cloud device farms
- Experience managing test data lifecycles and version control systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-directed and adaptable
Responsibilities
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Review tickets and other technical documents to engage in each phase of the SDLC
- Create, run, repair, manual, and automated tests using frameworks like Playwright
- Plan and build automated testing frameworks that integrate with development workflows
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, coordinate, and perform quality testing activities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional scrum teams
- Mentor junior QA team members and advocate for quality standards
- Design and maintain test data strategies and Salesforce record management
- Design and execute performance testing strategies to identify system bottlenecks
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
