Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of documented success in high value capital sales
- Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries
- Experience closing complex deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Experience selling into highly regulated, GMP environments
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- BS/BA degree in a science field or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of industrial microbiology lab (QC) environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets
- Negotiate and close high value capital equipment sales
- Grow and manage the sales pipeline targeting 30+ accounts
- Provide technical expertise during the selling process
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Develop strategies to increase adoption of automated quality control solutions
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal support, validation, and service teams
- Maintain Salesforce pipeline and activity logs
