Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of documented success in high value capital sales
  • Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries
  • Experience closing complex deals with long sales cycles (6–18 months)
  • Experience selling into highly regulated, GMP environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • BS/BA degree in a science field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial microbiology lab (QC) environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve or exceed growth targets
  • Negotiate and close high value capital equipment sales
  • Grow and manage the sales pipeline targeting 30+ accounts
  • Provide technical expertise during the selling process
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Develop strategies to increase adoption of automated quality control solutions
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal support, validation, and service teams
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline and activity logs
