Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience in Renewals, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- SaaS experience is highly preferred.
- Experience managing the actual renewal event.
- Commercial mindset with experience driving deals and managing contract negotiations.
- High-volume operational skills using CRM and AI-powered automation.
- Experience managing complex procurement cycles.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
- Experience working in an AI-first environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools and workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a high volume of accounts in the NAMER and LATAM Regions.
- Drive credit adoption by guiding customers through the migration from legacy plans to usage-based pricing.
- Proactively identify churn risks using product usage data and customer health signals.
- Spot upsell and expansion opportunities during the lifecycle.
- Confidently lead commercial negotiations around pricing changes, annual uplifts, and discounts.
- Leverage automation and CRM tools to systematize workflows.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver accurate revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure continuous value delivery.
