Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in audit, compliance, consulting, or partner management.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leading distributed or global teams.
- Proven success in managing and growing external partner ecosystems or large-scale client relationships.
- Strong understanding of audit frameworks, compliance standards, and the broader assurance ecosystem.
- Ability to combine technical audit expertise with commercial and partnership-driven thinking.
- Experience building scalable programs and improving partner quality outcomes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments.
Responsibilities
- Own, grow, and manage relationships with existing audit partners across all customer segments.
- Expand and diversify the audit partner network by identifying, onboarding, and activating new firms.
- Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Audit Partnership Managers across the US, EMEA, and APAC.
- Define and refine partner engagement models, including external communications and governance.
- Drive international expansion of the audit partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with go-to-market, partner operations, and leadership teams.
- Establish scalable operating rhythms and partner health frameworks.
