  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates for the Tech department
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
  • Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure successful hires
