  • Maintain detailed records and monitor progress within the ATS to ensure a transparent and efficient hiring process
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
  • Source potential candidates through job boards and social media
  • Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
