Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- English level – Intermediate (reading, understanding financial news/documentation)
- Experience working with Excel
- Ability to quickly analyze large volumes of data and make decisions
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with high responsibility
- Knowledge of financial market concepts and fundamental/technical analysis
- Experience in a similar role in the financial or CFD industry preferred
- Experience working with trading platforms like MetaTrader or cTrader preferred
- Knowledge of SQL preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor market conditions in real time to ensure the seamless operation of trading platforms
- Manage risks associated with clients' trading operations
- Assess user trading activity and implement anti-fraud measures
- Collaborate with other departments (customer support, IT, product team) to ensure efficient client interaction
- Conduct analytics and gather statistics on user trading activity
- Prepare and review monthly profit & loss for the department
