Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce
- Experience integrating web services (Scribe, SOAP, REST, JSON)
- Experience with design patterns and test-driven development
- Experience executing deployments and using DevOps tools (e.g., Prodly, Copado)
- Experience building technical artifacts such as design documents
- Salesforce Administrator certification
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
- Salesforce Data Architecture and Management Designer certification
- Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect certification
Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom code solutions leveraging Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations and develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Partner with Solution Architects to produce detailed, sound solution designs and data models
- Execute technical process reviews and provide guidance on data, deployment, and single sign-on
- Perform code reviews and uphold Salesforce coding best practices
- Coach and mentor junior technical team members
- Own the environment and deployment strategy as Release Manager (source control, PRs, sandbox seeding)
- Run final production releases and manage technical collateral for hand-off
