Requirements
- Knowledge of specific industry project management and technical delivery methodologies (PMI, agile/scrum, SDLC).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
- Progressive experience as a project manager on software delivery or complex technical projects with enterprise customers.
- Experience using various project management and/or agile tools.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Structured thinking to map business processes, gather requirements, and develop roadmaps.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work with little guidance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), preferably in an agile/DevOps environment.
- Strategic thinking about business, products, and technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage projects from ideation through execution, including project scope and timeline.
- Coordinate closely with engineers and architects.
- Proactively develop and manage a backlog of user stories or activities.
- Address bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
- Provide consistent, executive-level reporting on project status and outcomes.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills across all levels of the business.
- Contribute to the long-term direction for optimizing project delivery in professional services.
