Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Go-To-Market / Growth Engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience executing and optimizing campaigns in HubSpot.
- Strong experience with GTM automation and enrichment tools (Clay, AirOps, n8n, or similar).
- Salesforce proficiency in reports, dashboards, and data structure.
- Strong API and integration experience across GTM systems.
- Analytical fluency in SQL and advanced spreadsheets.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense or Demandbase (preferred).
- Knowledge of Python or JavaScript (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools for GTM workflows (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in HubSpot including email, nurture, and paid ads.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using n8n, Clay, AirOps, and Lemlist.
- Manage lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and routing logic.
- Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and system reliability across the GTM stack.
- Build dashboards and reporting pipelines in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Looker.
- Create and maintain playbooks and SOPs for GTM systems.
- Train and enable Marketing and Revenue teams on tools and best practices.
