Requirements
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Coupa
- Accounts payable team experience
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, filters)
- Knowledge of 3-way match process
- Basic accounting skills (accruals, debits, credits)
- Internet speed minimum 30mbps (wired connection)
- i5 11th Gen processor or higher
- Windows 11 or MacOS Catalina or higher
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate invoice entry and GL account coding
- Resolve accrual issues and invoice exceptions
- Utilize ERP systems and automation tools
- Perform reconciliations and review vendor statements
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for AP performance
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with W-9, ACH, and internal controls
