Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support.
  • Experience in designated or specialized support for critical accounts.
  • Proven experience in deploying, managing and securing Kubernetes production clusters.
  • Experience working with Kubernetes distributions: Tanzu, Openshift, Amazon EKS, RKE, GKE.
  • Deep proficiency in Linux operating systems with a specialized focus on storage components.
  • Hands-on experience architecting and supporting solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Experience with virtualization platforms like vSphere.
  • Proven ability to manage high-stakes customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for designated accounts.
  • Provide proactive monitoring and high-touch engagement.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of critical incidents in large-scale deployments.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis across the full software stack.
  • Collaborate directly with escalation and development teams to reproduce complex bugs.
  • Partner with customers through pre-sales POCs, onboarding, and production scaling.
  • Apply best practices to secure and optimize Kubernetes clusters.
  • Author internal and external KB articles.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
