Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5–10 years of professional experience.
- Proven expertise in AI strategy and roadmap development.
- Strong understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and XAI.
- Familiarity with MLOps and AI deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and execution of enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
- Identify emerging AI trends and evaluate their business impact and scalability.
- Design and architect AI-driven solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Conduct market research and technology scouting for AI platforms and models.
- Establish AI governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and responsible AI practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.
- Drive Explainable AI (XAI) adoption across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders and engineering teams to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
