Requirements
- Master's degree in program evaluation, public policy, social science, education, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation, applied research, or a closely related field.
- Experience designing and leading evaluations from inception through dissemination.
- Experience in higher education, civic engagement, nonprofit, or membership-based organizations.
- Experience designing or monitoring programs that create change through difficult-to-quantify means.
- Experience leading or contributing to strategic planning and KPI development.
- Demonstrated expertise with data management, survey, and visualization platforms.
- Experience integrating evaluation metrics with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Strong self-directed project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead evaluations for designated Campus Compact programs and initiatives.
- Develop evaluation plans, data collection instruments, and analysis frameworks.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable findings.
- Produce evaluation reports and briefs for non-technical audiences.
- Serve as internal lead and liaison on projects engaging external evaluation consultants.
- Develop a comprehensive KPI and metrics framework for the strategic plan.
- Design dashboards and reporting tools for leadership and staff.
- Build staff capacity through workshops, templates, and evaluation coaching.
- Supervise staff and contribute to organizational leadership and strategy.
