Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional engineering experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Java, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AWS.
- Experience with full-stack architecture.
- Strong knowledge of multi-tenant architecture and highly scalable systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and DevOps.
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication skills for building consensus.
- Experience with SQL and complex database queries.
- Familiarity with SaaS, ecommerce, or CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the engineering department.
- Work directly with development, support, implementation, internal teams, and external clients.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle for developers and testers in an agile environment.
- Manage hiring, training, staff development, and performance appraisals.
- Develop and establish department standards and procedures.
- Mentor technical staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with CEO/CTO on technology and business strategy.
- Evaluate and report project progress and results.
